I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiffs Cheryl Kort, Lorraine Kovnat, and George Hepburn all have exhibited symptoms of cognitive impairment. None, however, have a firm diagnosis for their respective illnesses. Diseases associated with cognitive impairment—such as Alzheimer’s Disease, frontotemporal dementia, and Parkinson’s Disease—are notori ously difficult to diagnose because they share common symptoms.
