Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Renee A. White, J.), rendered November 30, 2010, as amended December 14, 2010, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of attempted rape in the first degree, and sentencing him to a term of 3V2 years, unanimously affirmed.
