— Appeal from a judgment- of the County Court of Albany County, rendered January 14, 1975, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of the crime of burglary in the first degree, and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment having a maximum of 18 years. The sole issue upon this appeal is whether or not the sentence imposed by the trial court was so harsh and excessive as to require a modification by this court.
