The facts in this case are not in dispute. On April 7, 1920, the New York Life Insurance Company, appellant, issued a life insurance policy to William N. Majet for seven thousand five hundred dollars, with a disability clause which provided that, in the event the insured became wholly disabled by bodily injury or disease, thereby permanently and continuously preventing him from engaging in any occupation whatsoever for remuneration or profit, he would be thereafter relieved, during such disability, of the payment of annual premiums on the policy, and would be paid, during disability, on each…
