This is a tax appeal from the Bennington Superior Court. The plaintiffs contend that the fair market value the court placed upon their property in the Town of Dorset for the taxable year 1971, in a de novo hearing, is far in excess of its fair market value and is made upon a comparison of other materially different properties which have no basis for comparison with their property. The plaintiffs also claim that the findings of fact and conclusions of law made by the court are not supported by the evidence.
