Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of the respondent State Commissioner of Social Services, dated March 2, 1977, which, after a statutory fair hearing, affirmed a determination of the local agency denying Marie Troll’s application for medical assistance. Petition granted, determination annulled, on the law, without costs or disbursements, and respondents are directed to provide medical assistance from the date of the application to the date of the death of the decedent.
