The matter before the Court is a garnishment proceeding against Farmers Insurance Company, Inc., following a trial verdict against the insured, Teresa Hagedorn Fosha (Fosha), and the entry of judgment in excess of the policy coverage limits and in favor of plaintiff, Kevin L. Stetler (Stetler). The garnishment arises from a per sonal injury claim resulting from a motorcycle-automobile collision in Manhattan, Kansas on October 5, 1979.
