McNary v. State
Indiana Court of Appeals
1Opinion of the Court
STATON, Presiding Judge.
On December 11, 1980, when Alvin McNary (McNary) was seventeen years old, he plead guilty to Burglary, a Class B felony. The trial court sentenced MeNary to a term of ten years in prison, such sentence to be served consecutively to one he received for another conviction. In 1985, McNary's pro se petition for post-conviction relief was denied, and this appeal follows. The sole issue on appeal is whether his guilty plea was knowingly and intelligently made.
Reversed and remanded with instructions.
