McCarty Truck Lines, Inc. applied to the Missouri Public Service Commission for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to conduct operations as a motor vehicle common carrier of general commodities between Kansas City, St. Louis and St. Joseph and their respective commercial zones, on the one hand, and on the other the cities of Bethany (and all points within a radius of 25 miles thereof) and Princeton (and all points within a radius of 20 miles thereof).
