Appellant Thomas John Farrell appeals from the divorce decree and judgment entered by the Pulaski County Circuit Court as it relates to the distribution of property. On appeal, he raises three arguments for reversal: the trial court erred in (1) classifying the shares of ARC Project, Inc. (ARC) stock as non-marital; (2) dividing the marital property unequally; and (3) valuing the ARC stock.
