Defendant was convicted of one count of rape in the first degree, ORS 163.375; two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, ORS 163.427; one count of kidnapping in the first degree, ORS 163.235; and one count of robbery in the first degree, ORS 164.415. The trial court classified the kidnapping conviction as the primary offense and imposed a statutory minimum sentence of 90 months’ imprisonment on that conviction. ORS 137.700. The court sentenced defendant to a 100-month statutory minimum on the rape conviction and a 90-month statutory minimum on the robbery conviction and ordered that…
