Wiecking, J. —

This is an action brought by the appellee against appellant to recover on a bond executed by appellant to secure deposits made by appellee in the Peoples National Bank and Trust Company of Sullivan, Indiana, for losses occurring after the term of the bond. The issues were formed by an amended complaint in one paragraph, to which the appellant demurred and after such demurrer was overruled appellant filed an answer in general denial closing the issues.
