This controversy is rooted in an inconsistency between the decree plan in a Land Court registration case and the final confirmation plan in a confirmation without registration case which affects the width of a road. We conclude, as did the judge of the Land Court, that the provisions of the decree plan prevail over the confirmation plan, and we affirm the declaratory judgment entered below in favor of the town of Sandwich (town), the current owners of the registered land.
