People v. Villa
Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York
1Opinion of the Court
Appeal by the defendant from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Groh, J.), both rendered August 19, 1987, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree (2 counts, 1 as to each indictment), upon jury verdicts, and imposing sentences. The appeals bring up for review the denials, after hearings (Browne, J.), of those branches of the defendant’s omnibus motions which were to suppress evidence.
Ordered that the judgments are affirmed.
