On September 29, 1927, the Modern Woodmen of America filed its bill of interpleader in the circuit court o'f McLean county against appellant and appellee, to require them to interplead for the purpose of legally determining which of them is entitled to the benefits payable under its benefit certificate issued to David Parido in his lifetime.
