Bowles, Justice.

The case is before this court appealing from a judgment of the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, holding the appellant husband in contempt for failure to pay his former wife alimony and child support.

We affirm.

A final decree of divorce was granted to the parties on August 4, 1972, a separation and alimony agreement was made part of the judgment and decree. Upon the appellant’s failure to comply with the terms of the decree, the appellee filed a motion for contempt against him on October 4,1976.
