The plaintiff, Western Cold Storage Company, a corporation, brought its action against New Amsterdam Casualty Company, a corporation, to recover for an alleged breach of an indemnity insurance contract. This insurance contract, commonly known as. the Employees ’ Fidelity- Bond, insured the plaintiff against loss arising out of the fraud or dishonesty of its employee John C. Beiber. The trial resulted in a verdict in favor of the plaintiff upon which judgment was entered in the amount of $11,006.94.
