This matter is before the Court upon hearing of the objection filed by the Debt- or, William Michael (Mike) Garrett (the “Debtor”) to the proof of claim filed by the Department of Child Support Services, County of Orange, California (the “Claimant”) in the above-referenced case and the hearing to consider confirmation of the Debtor’s proposed Chapter 13 plan.
