The United Tort Claimants (“UTC”) and Quorum Health Resources, LLC (“QHR”) jointly asked the Court to determine whether QHR is entitled to an offset of the amounts QHR or its insurer(s) paid on behalf of QHR to UTC in partial settlement against any damages the Court may ultimately award to UTC on their negligence claims against QHR.1 The Court heard oral argument on March 1, 2017 and took the matter under advisement.
