This is an action on a promissory note, the-making and endorsement of which were admitted at the trial.. The defence was that the note had been obtained by false rep*43resentations, of which there was some proof. The plaintiff offered in evidence certain depositions which had been received1 by the trial court properly sealed. What these depositions-contained we do not know, as the state of the case is silent upon that point.
