— Estella Albury, a girl about eleven and one half years of age, walked across Simontin Street in the City of Key West; as she arrived at the west side of the Street, about seventeen feet from the northwest corner of the intersection of Simonton and Catherine Streets, she tripped and fell upon some iron rails which the plaintiff in error had placed alongside the gutter on the west side of Simon-ton Street.
