WINANS, Justice.

This action comes before the Court upon an application of the Attorney General for the State of South Dakota for an alternative writ of prohibition. Upon the application it was ordered that the Respondent Magistrate desist from any further proceeding to hear and rule on certain demurrers before him until the further order of this Court.
