This is a criminal case where the appellant, David Newman, was convicted of the delivery of controlled substances. Newman relies upon six points of error in this appeal. We affirm for the reasons stated herein.

On December 1, 1994, Sheriff Richard Rapert, working for the Drug Task Force of the Third Judicial District, prepared two confidential informants, Mike Sanders and Patricia Williams, to make a controlled drug buy from the appellant, David Newman.
