Bruckel, Inc., pending in the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, under Index No. 7742/12, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Asher, J.), dated December 30, 2014, as denied its cross motion for summary judgment declaring that it has no duty to defend or indemnify P.S. Bruckel, Inc., in the underlying action.
