In Re Rights to Use of Waters of Silvies River

The Pacific Livestock Company, a claimant to water rights for a large area of land in Harney Valley and Silvies Valley, filed in the Circuit Court several exceptions to the findings by the water board, and now appeals from the decree of the Circuit Court assigning errors therein.
