The bill is filed to foreclose a mortgage executed on June 23d, 1876, by Eunice Force and Munson Force, her husband, to George *55Beesley, to secure the payment of $1,300 and interest, payable semi-annually at seven per cent, per annum, the principal being payable one year after date. There is no allegation that any interest on this mortgage was ever paid by anyone. The bill alleges that the entire amount of principal is due and interest thereon from June 23d, 1880.
