MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This cause is before the Court pursuant to Rule 72(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure on the Application of the Plaintiff to Review the Order of the United States Magistrate denying the Plaintiff’s Motion to remand the case to the Circuit Court of Hinds County, Mississippi. Plaintiff has also moved this Court to Remand the case to the Circuit Court of Hinds County, Mississippi, and for an Award of Sanctions and Costs Associated with the Removal Proceedings.
