OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING, IN PART, MOTION TO MODIFY MARCH 13, 1994 ORDER

SIDNEY B. BROOKS, Bankruptcy Judge.

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Chapter 7 Trustee’s motion to modify, or effectively void, a cash collateral agreement which grants a tax lien creditor, the State of Colorado, summary relief from the automatic stay on conversion of the Debtor’s Chapter 11 case to Chapter 7. 1 The Trustee opposes granting the lien creditor automatic relief from the stay principally on the grounds that she is improperly bound to a pre-conversion Chapter 11 agreement.
