OPINION

JANE B. STRANCH, Circuit Judge.

V & M Star Steel (‘V & M”) filed suit against Centimark Corporation (“Centimark”) alleging breach of contract and negligence after an incident at its steelwork facility. The district court 1 granted summary judgment in favor of Centimark, ruling that V & M failed to produce suffi cient evidence of causation to sustain either legal claim. Because genuine issues of material fact exist, we REVERSE the grant of summary judgment for Centimark and REMAND for trial.
