The petitioner, Michael Stuckert (Michael), appeals from the judgment of the trial court which denied his petition for modification of custody and awarded the respondent, Janice Brownlee, f/k/a Janice Stuckert (Janice), $8,090 in arrears for child support and alimony payments.
