Moore presents twenty-six propositions of law for our consideration. We have considered all of the propositions of law raised by Moore and have independently reviewed Moore’s death sentence for appropriateness and *25proportionality. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the court of appeals and uphold the death sentence.
