The State appeals a pretrial order suppressing both out-of-court and in-court identification testimony implicating Allen L. Dorsey (the Defendant) in a home-invasion robbery. We treat the State’s notice of appeal as a petition for writ of certiorari. See State v. Pettis, 520 So.2d 250 (Fla. 1988); see also State v.
