LARSON, Justice.

There is but one question presented on this appeal from a judgment of the district court of Salt Lake county. Did the plaintiff, by her answer to defendant’s counterclaim, make a direct or a collateral attack upon a judgment of the court in another cause? Plaintiff contends the attack was direct, while the court held it was collateral. The facts are as follows: Plaintiff instituted this suit against defendant to quiet her title to certain real estate in Salt Lake City.
