LATIMER, Justice.

Appellant was convicted of the crime of robbery and sentenced to two years in the. state penitentiary. Fie is here urging reversal on the grounds: (1) that he was entitled to a directed verdict; (2) error.in refusing to sustain motion to discharge the. jury and declare a mistrial; (3) error in admitting evidence of the witness, Roy McKinney.
