This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion to Nullify and Strike Defendants’ Rule 68 Offers of Judgment [Doc. 80].
I. Background
Plaintiff filed her Complaint in this matter on February 19, 2013, asserting claims against Vital Recovery Services, Inc., Vital Solutions, Inc., and Christopher J. Shuler for unpaid overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. (“FLSA”).1 The case was conditionally certified as a collective action by consent on June 13, 2013.
