This action was originally brought by plaintiffs, Carry A. Dewey, a widower, Dora V. Scott, a widow, and William F. Dewey and Fanny Dewey, his wife, seeking to require defendants, Ivan Dewey and Nila Dewey, h'is wife, to comply with certain contracts hereinafter discussed and reconvey to plaintiffs their alleged respective undivided shares in a described 480-acre farm in Hitchcock County, subject to a duly recorded mortgage of the Federal Land Bank of Omaha.
