The'questions raised on this appeal from the Circuit Court of Davidson County involve the right of the Commissioner of Finance and Taxation to confiscate a truck, alleged to be the property of A. S. McQueen, a certain quantity of whiskey claimed by Carl Baker, and which was being transported in said truck from Atlanta, Georgia, to Abingdon, Virginia, and also the right of Dr. R. O'. Glenn to the possession of said truck for the purpose of enforcing a lien upon the same to satisfy a note executed to him by McQueen.
