We have carefully considered the motion of plaintiffs for a new trial, the oral arguments and the briefs of counsel filed in connection therewith. In the brief filed on behalf of plaintiffs in support of the motion, counsel have cited and reviewed numerous Ohio authorities relating to the subject of collateral attack. All •of these authorities relate to what the courts found to be irregularities in judicial sales which were not of such a character as to render the sales void within the strict meaning of that term.
