Appellants Paula and John Larison appeal the judgment of the trial court sustaining the motion of the Respondent, Public Water Supply District # 1 of Andrew County, Missouri (“Water District”), for summary judgment in the' Larisons’ personal injury action. The Larisons assert their claims' against the Water District fall within the “dangerous condition” exception to sovereign immunity, and that a genuine issue of material fact exists as to whether a negligent act or omission of the Water District created a dangerous condition which injured Mrs. Larison, and…
