This appeal involves the combined claims of Charles Graziano, deceased, for workmen’s compensation benefits and Mary Graziano, his widow, for death benefits under the Longshoremen’s and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (Act). 33 U.S.C. § 901 et seq.
