This is a proceeding brought by petitioner pursuant to article 78 of the Civil Practice Act to review the action of the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles of this State which revoked his driving license for alleged violations of the Vehicle and Traffic Law. The offense claimed to have been committed by him occurred on July 6, 1939. A hearing on the revocation of his license was held August 3, 1939. Petitioner herein was represented by counsel.
