In these consolidated cases, Reginald McCray and his sister, Velma McCray, appeal from separate orders issued by different trial court judges finding them liable to Federal National Mortgage Association (“Fannie Mae”) for the difference between the amount owed on loans secured by real property and the amount obtained after a foreclosure sale. The McCrays also appeal from separate orders dismissing their third-party complaints against Sharon Pounds, an employee of Perimeter Mortgage Funding Corporation, and orders finding them liable for attorney fees under OCGA §…
