This suit was instituted in the district court of Young county by the Goodner Wholesale Grocery Company, a corporation with its office and place of business in Wichita Falls, -Tex., against the People’s Co-Operative Stores, alleged to be a joint-stock company operated under a recorded declaration of trust at Graham, Young county. H. F.
