In this condemnation action arising from an urban renewal project, respondents, Knightsbridge Land Company, LL.C., Banner Holdings, LLC., and HBC I, L.L.C,, appeal the trial court's order vesting title to their property in favor of petitioner, Sheridan Redevelopment Agency.
