The plaintiff, Stephanie Parks, brought this race discrimination action pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and the New York State Human Rights Law, N.Y. Exec. Law §§ 290-297, against her former employer, defendant New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (“OTDA”).
