Stacy Jobson Reynolds sued her employer, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., on July 20, 1999, seeking to recover workers' compensation benefits for an injury she had sustained to her neck during the course of her employment with Wal-Mart. Following an ore tenus proceeding, the trial court entered an order on July 25, 2000, finding that Reynolds had suffered an 80% physical impairment as the result of her injury and awarded benefits accordingly.
