This is a proceeding under subtitle (a) of article II of The *533Borough Code, secs. 201 et seq., as amended, codified and revised by the Act of July 10, 1947, P. L. 1621, 53 PS §12251 et seq., for the incorporation of a new borough to be known as Fallsboro.
