MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROBERT L. JONES, Bankruptcy Judge.

Before the Court are the claims of plaintiffs Dudley R. Stanley and Flagship Financial Corporation (“Stanley/Flagship”) that the discharge previously granted to defendant Robert Warren Paige (“Paige”) in his chapter 7 bankruptcy case should be revoked under either subsection 727(d)(2) or (3) of the Bankruptcy Code. Paige contends that Stanley/Flagship’s claims are barred by res judicata as such claims arise out of the same facts and circumstances that were addressed by the Court in a prior Memorandum Opinion and Order issued in connection…
