Agility Financial Credit Union v. Largent

JjAppellant Agility Financial Credit Union (Agility) appeals a December 2, 2015, Sebastian County Circuit Court order vacating a foreign judgment it had registered in that county against appellee, Gayla Lar-gent. We cannot reach the merits because a claim of the intervenor was left unaddressed, and this appeal is therefore premature. We dismiss without prejudice.
