Opinion by Justice HINOJOSA.

After a bench trial, the trial court found appellant, George Bradford Coleman, guilty of the third-degree felony offense of misapplication of fiduciary property of the value of $20,000 or more, but less than $100,000.2 The court assessed appellant’s punishment at three years imprisonment and a $2,500 fine, suspended the prison sentence, and placed him on community supervision for a term of three years. The trial court has certified that this case “is not a plea-bargain case, and the defendant has the right of appeal.” See Tex.R.App. P. 25.2(a)(2). In…
